Welcome Newcomers – Hope you received a welcome packet when you came in. If not, be sure to pick one up as it has a gift for you. Also, please fill out the blue card and drop it off in the slot at the Newcomers corner or at the office.
May Winepress is here! Check out what is going on and meet the Ellis Family. There is more to Bob Ellis than hating the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Spring Cleaning - Our annual Spring Cleaning was a blast and we got a lot of work done here at the Ministry Centre. If you weren’t able to make, but would still like to help here’s your opportunity to roll up your sleeves. The Ice Cream Hut will be open longer hours (weather permitting) beginning this weekend which means the Ministry Centre will be available. Why not make an arrangement with your family, group of friends or your kinship group and come and clean for an hour or two some evening then treat yourself to an ice cream when the work is done. Glen has a list of jobs and rooms still needing some TLC and elbow grease. Just pick a job from the list and once you completed the task just tick it off the list. Remember, this is our place and we have to take care of it!
Empty Food Containers - If you provided a meal to the Stuart family then check out the table in the foyer to see if your food container was returned. Just pick up your container and fill it up again for the Stuarts. Don’t panic if you don’t see your container there, it just means the Stuarts haven’t eaten what was inside it yet. And here’s a HUGE thank you from the Stuart family. What a blessing to the family!
Rwanda Mother’s Day Blessing - Beth Wood will announce (I think). If not, you can just say we raised $132.35 to bless the Rwanda Muyange Vineyard Mother’s with flowers.
